North Italia started in Arizona by restauranteur Sam Fox, but it’s now expanded nationwide, including Texas, California and Florida.  Fox Restaurant Concepts was acquired by the Cheesecake Factory in 2019. However, Sam Fox is still a contributing partner and is involved in the business.
