I am Henrie Marie and I have been in the restaurant industry since I was able to legally get a job at age 14. My very first job was at Burger King, what seems like a lifetime ago. Since then, I have written and self-published a couple of recipe books, created a food blog and I currently co-own an Italian restaurant in beautiful Hudson Valley, New York with my husband Vince. Together we have over 60 years of experience in the food and hospitality realm.
